HIDE SELECTION
Hides are taken off using mechanical hide pullers in our government-inspected establishments and brine-cured in our Perth factory.
All offers will specify a selection of 90/10 sound/cuts (first/seconds); this means there will be a maximum of 10% cuts/seconds.
