Livestock are sourced from the agriculture rich state of Western Australia and processed in our own abattoirs, which naturally ensures that quality control is instigated every step of the way – from production through to delivery, direct to the customer.
This monitored process incorporates our own brine curing plant and salting, grading and packaging operations in Perth, the state’s capital city.
